Today we will show you how to set up courses in the system. This is necessary for the client to be able to go to your public page and book a lesson for a convenient day and time without the participation of a manager. How to do it:

  1. Go to the Voopty settings – Courses and groups section
  2. Add a new course (click the plus sign at the bottom right) or you can take an existing course. 
  3. If you add a new one, specify all the necessary information: name, photo of the teacher or group that will be visible on the public page, type of lesson, teacher, and duration. 
  4. Next, there is a Private lesson box, uncheck it, and now this course will be on the public page.
  5. Specify the option of free time can be booked.

It is also possible to leave a message that the client will see before and after booking the lesson. For example, the standard message Thank you for registering.

After that, click Save course. 

Later, you can go to the public page. To do this, click on the link in the menu on the left. Now a new course has been created in Courses and Groups, which we published earlier. 

To register for the course, the client needs to click the Register for course button. Next, you should select the desired day and time, choose the available windows, and leave your phone number. A confirmation will be sent to the number, and the password should be entered on the registration page, and that’s it. The trial lesson is registered.

The client has the opportunity to pay for the lesson immediately if your payment system is connected to Vupti. 

To check the lesson, you should go to the schedule, and the registered lesson will automatically appear there.

Voopty CRM system: how to set salaries for teachers

Today we’re going to discuss how to set rates for teachers and calculate their salaries. 

  1. Go to the My employees section and select the employee to whom you want to set a rate.
  2. After opening the teacher’s personal account, go to the Salary and expenses section.
  3. Click on the pencil in the right corner – set the rate that the teacher receives for a particular lesson.
  4.  If the employee does not teach a particular type of lesson, leave it blank, but if he or she does, specify the required amount. 
  5. After setting all the rates, click the Save button. After the page refreshes, all the information will be in the teacher’s office. 

It is possible to set rates per lesson – that is, no matter whether it is a group, individual, or paired lesson, the rate will be stable.

Or you can agree on a rate per person-visit – the teacher’s salary depends on the number of people in the class. This type of rate is usually used in group classes.

To calculate the teacher’s salary, click on the Calculate salary button at the bottom of the page. This button should be used to calculate the salary of one particular teacher. 

The function allows you to see the final amount of salary for the specified period and statistics on the classes held. 

To calculate the salaries of all your employees, you need to return to the My employees section. On the page, click the Calculate salary button. Next, you should specify the branch, date range, and possible tags. The system will provide detailed statistics on the salary of each teacher and the number of classes held. On the page, you can immediately set a filter and select a specific teacher.

Voopty CRM: how to add prices and checkouts

Today we will tell you how to add prices to a public page, studio or landing page in the Voopty CRM. 

Go to the CRM system, select your branch and click on the Prices section

There may be already indicated prices, for example, a trial lesson, a foreign language course, etc. You can change the prices: to do this, click on the Price button and enter the required amount opposite the course or lesson

The column on the left contains a description of the price, where you can add or edit categories, for example, trial classes, doubles, etc.

How to add a course?

1. Click Add price and enter the name, for example, Course 8 lessons

2. Opposite, specify the price of the course, which will be displayed on the public page

3. Click the Save button.

To delete a category, there is a trash can sign to the right of each item, click on it to delete it. After the page refreshes, all prices and new categories will appear on your studio, public page, or landing page.
