How to freeze a customer for a certain period of time?
BackSometimes, a client may go on sick leave or on vacation, and in this case, it may be necessary to remove their classes from the schedule for a while. But to avoid doing this manually, there is a quick alternative – to put a client on hold.
Here’s how to do it in a couple of clicks:
- Go to the section “My Clients”
- Select the client to be frozen. Go to the client’s card by clicking on it.
- The client’s card opens. There are three dots at the top right, click on them.
- Next, select “Freeze”.
- You will be able to choose from which date the client will be absent. Select the numbers in the trellis.
- Next, click on the orange button at the bottom “Save”.
