How to freeze a customer for a certain period of time?


Sometimes, a client may go on sick leave or on vacation, and in this case, it may be necessary to remove their classes from the schedule for a while. But to avoid doing this manually, there is a quick alternative – to put a client on hold.
Here’s how to do it in a couple of clicks:

  1. Go to the section “My Clients”
  2. Select the client to be frozen. Go to the client’s card by clicking on it.
  3. The client’s card opens. There are three dots at the top right, click on them.
  4. Next, select “Freeze”.
  5. You will be able to choose from which date the client will be absent. Select the numbers in the trellis.
  6. Next, click on the orange button at the bottom “Save”.
